In order for you to be able to mail me by clicking my address, you need to have a proper mail server configured in your WWW browser program. In Netscape, you can configure the mail server from the menu Options/Mail and news preferences/Servers.
Consult your local administration/gurus, if you don't know a suitable mail server.
